Dress code ensures that Fusion Dance teachers will be able to see and assess students alignment and positioning.  A dress code encourages unity, discipline, and aids with overall focus among students.

STUDIO PROGRAM BALLET/TAP CLASSES:

(Ages 6 and under)

BOYS: White fitted t-shirt, black leggings or black biker shorts, black ballet shoes, Black tap shoes

GIRLS:  Leotard and pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes. Girls must have hair pulled back neatly into a bun or pony tail. Those with very short hair must have hair pulled back neatly from face with barrettes. No JEWELRY.

STUDIO PROGRAM BALLET:

  (Ages 7 and Up)

BOYS: White or Black T-Shirt, Black tights,  black split sole ballet shoes.

GIRLS: Solid Black Leotard with pink footed tights, pink split-sole ballet shoes. Girls must have hair pulled back neatly into a bun. Girls with very short hair must have hair pulled back neatly from the face with barrettes. NO UNDERGARMENTS OR JEWELRY.

JAZZ, LYRICAL, CONTEMPORARY, TAP, JAZZ/HIP-HOP COMBO AND ACRO:

BOYS: Black shorts, jazz pants, or leggings. Any color T-shirt. Black or Tan jazz shoes, Black Tap shoes.

GIRLS: Dance shorts, jazz pants, tights, or leggings. Any color leotard or tank. Black or Tan jazz shoes, black tap shoes, dance paws, or half-soles for appropriate class. NO MIDRIFFS PLEASE.

HIP-HOP:

Boys and Girls: loose baggy clothing that you can comfortably have free range of motion in for this class. Acceptable attire of tank tops, dance tops, tee shirts, sweatpants, dance pants, shorts, athletic wear, etc. Shoes worn for Hip Hop are clean, dance class only “tennis shoes” which are not worn outside or for your normal everyday use. This keeps our dance floors clean and in good condition. 

TRAINING LEVEL BALLET

BOYS: White or Black T-Shirt, Black tights, black split sole ballet shoes.

GIRLS: Solid color leotard according to your level with pink footed tights, pink split-sole ballet shoes. Girls must have hair pulled back neatly into a bun. Girls with very short hair must have hair pulled back neatly from the face with barrettes. No undergarments or jewelry.  

      * Any style of leotard may be worn for ballet within your perspective training level color. See example bellow.
